Since 1964, DRI has been a leading developer and owner of commercial properties in the Northeastern United States. In the past 28 years, we have developed, owned and operated a wide variety of commercial properties including long term care facilities, warehouse/distribution centers and self-storage facilities.
Our goal is to maximize the value of the assets we own or develop through professional management, and investment in the properties that maximizes value to our tenants. We are currently seeking to diversify our investment portfolio through the acquisition of multi-family properties.
